Bristol 27 “Waneeshee” is up for sale. The boat is located in the Lower Hudson River Region, New York State, USA. The video description reads “The time has come. To everyone else, I know this boat well and it was well prepared for coastal and offshore work. Richard is an excellent sailor and prepared it rigorously. The footwell was reduced dramatically, which increased stowage below. Richard replaced the toe rail and bolted the deck flange. His installation of the Cape Horn self steering vane was masterful and, as you can see from the photos, the unit is invulnerable to outside damage because of its position INSIDE the boat for the most part. I don’t think you mentioned it, Richard, but the inside storage was–Richard built a shed over the boat. So it’s been indoors for ten years. This is a great deal on a classic, actually classic, boat that sails extremely well. And if you don’t like the old, bullet proof 2 stroke, you can buy another engine and motor for pennies.
